WE SAY

Thanks to filmmaker and video director Steve Price for tipping us off about this, and thanks to rising Manc radio star Clint Boon for tipping Steve off. It takes the Martha & The Muffins classic and remoulds it in the style of Nine Inch Nails which works surprisingly well and underlines how brilliant the song is, as all great cover versions should. It features on a soundtrack (to the British indie film True Story) and it has been added to the evening playlist at Xfm, the station where Gary Jules' Mad World got an early break. This, too, sounds like a potential pan-European hit to us.
