Stick Thin
The Wayne Foundation
WE SAY
There's a lot of mystery to the collective known as The Wayne Foundation, recent signings to Northwestside Records. We don't know who they all are (although the sharper ears amongst you will recognise that we've featured the female vocalist here previously, also in collaboration-mode then), and every song sounds different on their debut EP, Friday Night Nation. Hip hop, ska, reggae and punk are all encountered, with neat and relevant storytelling woven in throughout. Read the full story behind the project here, or just enjoy listening to this well thought-out approach to a topical subject matter. JF
