The Very Best are Malawian singer Esau Mwamwaya and DJ/producer duo Radioclit. A mixtape of theirs surfaced last year, a collection of well-known pop, dance, afro and indie tracks, it was hailed by tastemakers including Pitchfork, Fader, and Gorilla vs. Bear and many others. This, featuring Vampire Weekend's Ezra Koenig, is the title track of their debut album, which also features a guest appearance from M.I.A. Everything we've heard from The Very Best makes for a unique and rewarding listen - this is an irresistible song from a perfectly-matched collaboration. Live dates for the end of September will follow the album's UK release. JF
