When I Believe

The Robbie Boyd Band

unsigned/Tawny Owl

WE SAY

The Robbie Boyd Band display their penchant for feel good melodies and summery grooves in When I Believe to great effect, making for their best single yet. The release comes on the back of a sold-out show at the Borderline which saw demand for tickets far outweigh availability. The two single campaigns to date have received great Radio 2 support, led by Graham Norton and Paul O’Grady, with further championing from Dave Gorman, 6Music and Q Radio. Online press has been strong, including homepage coverage on MySpace, Muzu Recommends Breaking Artist, and a New & Noteworthy feature on iTunes, with YouTube numbers surpassing 400k and over 8k followers on Facebook. International interest in the band has seen them play in Italy and Germany and they are about to travel to Argentina for a series of live shows and TV appearances. With this kind of momentum and the songwriting ability of Robbie, they are starting to pick up label, publishing and live agent interest. Video.
