Through The Stratosphere To The Bars
The Loose Salute
WE SAY
The Loose Salute, founded by drummer Ian McCutcheon of Slowdive and Mojave 3 who also sings and plays guitar in this band, release their debut album 'Tuned To Love' through Heavenly in June. This is one of the many strong sunshine-soaked numbers on the record. Lisa Billson's beautiful voice fits with their smooth sound perfectly. The blend of brilliantly harmonious summertime pop - as displayed on this track- and softer ballads on the album point towards a band that deliver a classic sound crossed with contemporary influences. JF London gig: April 30, Soho Arts Theatre Club W1
