The King Blues
WE SAY
We've long been fans of The King Blues, so we're glad that their return, following on from 2008's 'Save The World. Get The Girl', upholds both the quality of songwriting (that saw that album achieve huge critical acclaim) and their grasp of sharp pop melodies (which saw their previous singles get Radio 1 playlist). They adorn the front cover of this week's Kerrang! magazine for the third time in their career. It's already Radio 1 Playlisted and a previous Hottest Record in the World on Zane Lowe's show, as well as being playlisted at XFM, Q Radio and Kerrang! Radio. The band have recently completed a full UK tour and are back in the studio finishing their forthcoming album, the aptly-titled 'Punk & Poetry'.
