Les Filles Francaises
The Jude
WE SAY
This raucous tune comes with equal doses of indie cool and pop sensibility, drawing comparisons to early Razorlight and Kings of Leon. Considering The Jude are unsigned and unmanaged, they've come a long way. This, their second self released single is out today. Debut - Ha Ha Goodbye - went to No. 8 in the iTunes Alternative charts. Radio reception was great; Xfm playlisting, championed by John Kennedy. Steve Lamacq at 6Music has put his support behind both releases, with the band also getting plays on Q Radio and BBC London. Live is equally impressive, having played Standon Calling, Friends of Mine, Boardmasters and Lodestar. The Jude are looking for management and label support. They've just uploaded this video of the new single.
