Killing Off Our Friends

The Coast

Aporia

WE SAY

Toronto's The Coast have been busy picking up praise in the States over past year. They're to open the new series of influential radio slot The Daytrotter Sessions, been tipped by everyone from Pitchfork to Billboard and their music has been used on MTV's hit series 'The Hills'. Over here they've had features in Plan B, Clash, Guardian's New Band of the Day and NME's Daily Download. They've just finished touring with Born Ruffians and are doing shows in the UK this week for the first time. This track from their debut EP, with a memorable chorus and some fine intense guitar work, sets things up nicely for their debut album 'Expatriate' which is planned for release early next year - it's available to license. JF London Gig: October 15, The Old Blue Last EC2
