Does This Mean You're Moving On?
The Airborne Toxic Event
WE SAY
Taken from the The Airborne Toxic Event's self-titled debut album, due out in the UK early next year, 'Does This Mean You're Moving On?' is everything that the early media buzz on the band suggests it is - catchy, smart and compelling indie rock. Signed to a new US indie label Majordomo Records, their album debuted at No7 on iTunes US. This track leads a 3-track EP released in the UK later this month. US media attention included tips from Rolling Stone, LATimes and this recent article in Spin magazine. Over here NME have shown support, as has Dan Cairns' Breaking Act feature in The Sunday Times. The next UK single 'Gasoline' is scheduled for 3 November, and the band will tour the UK that month too. Press is Ritu Morton, Six07 Press and radio plugging is Jon Turner, Station To Station. JF.
