At the end of last year, we introduced you to 19 year old South African singer Tatum and her gorgeous debut Broken. Having recently signed to Primary Talent following the success of her debut and tastemaker praise from the likes of Clash, Earmilk and Wonky Sensitive among others, she is now back with this sumptuous single. With its melodic minimalism allowing Tatum’s shadowy vocal to take centre stage, Fever delves into the realms of a toxic relationship with its weighty lyricism. It’s a dark ode, utterly beautiful and gloriously delivered that recalls Lorde and Lana Del Rey at their finest.
