Given Sugababes' longevity, the consistency when it comes to the smart picking of songs is impressive. 'Girls' is the lead single from their next album - and it sounds like another huge hit. Based around a sample of Ernie K Doe's 'Here Come the Girls', producers Si Hulbert (who was one half of Studio B) and Melvin Kuiters have delivered, setting things up nicely ahead of album No.6, which follows on October 20. This is faultlessly produced pop. JF
