WE SAY
Released last week, this gorgeous single from London-based electronic pop duo STORME, comprised of vocalist Amanda Liedberg and producer Gabriele Mazza, instantly impressed us upon our first listen. The intoxicating blend of huge airy synths, a persuasive beat and towering vocal hooks create a gloriously ethereal and euphoric dose of synth-pop reminiscent of Robyn and Chvrches. They have been championed by The Line of Best Fit who premiered Volcano and their previous single, Burning Echoes, which also garnered support at Spotify (New Music Friday inclusion), as well as radio support from Amazing Radio and BBC Introducing. The duo, who met in London whilst studying, plan on releasing three more singles this year and you can catch them at The Great Escape Festival next month when they bring their live show to The Mesmerist on 17 May.
