Look Right Through (MK Remix)
Storm Queen
WE SAY
Last seen on these shores providing the iconic remix for Nightcrawlers' Push The Feeling On, legendary house producer Marc Kinchen now sprinkles his magic dust liberally over Storm Queen's Look Right Through, which first surfaced on Defected last year. His MK Dub III quickly established itself as a deep house anthem in the clubs and on the festival circuit, with across-the-board specialist radio pushing it into the Shazam pre-release Top 10 even as a dub. Now in full vocal form premiered by Pete Tong, and still with five weeks to impact date, it has been added to more playlists nationally and regionally than most radio professionals can even name, including Radio 1, Kiss, Capital, Choice, 1Xtra, Rinse and dozens more. Accordingly it has been no. 1 on Shazam pre-release for two weeks, and top 5 in the overall chart. Press runs the gamut too, from DJ Mag to Guardian Guide to - incredibly - Pitchfork, almost as though Look Right Through is running out of publications - and charts - to conquer. A monster.
