Say Goodbye

Sophie Barker

Ho Hum

WE SAY

Sophie Barker's voice may be familiar to some as one of the vocalists on Zero 7’s Simple Things album (she sang on In The Waiting Line). She has also provided her soothing vocals to Groove Armada, Grooverider and more. She now follows her 2006 debut solo album Earthbound with a new album Seagull, a striking collection of chilled out acoustic pop led by Sophie's pure voice and a polished yet restrained produciton. Say Goodbye is the first single and was recently used on the closing credits of the US series finale of Skins. The Lucky Elephant remix (listen here) was Rob Da Bank's tune of the day on his Radio 1 show recently.

Thursday May 19, Jazz Café NW1
