Glass Heart (The Casanova Wave 'Sleep Tight' Remix)

WE SAY
Solar Taxi, a four piece from Waterford, Ireland, have been picking up some great press with their recent EP She Dies With Beautiful Teeth (listen to it here on SoundCloud). 'Infectious, thumping & glorious' say the Irish Daily Star, and a feature in Hot Press praised their sound as 'between uptown Brooklyn electro funk and downtown scuzz rock'. Radio support has come from national station 2FM and Dublin's Phantom FM, and they have just taken on a live agent as they prepare for a full debut album next year. Fronted by Aisling Browne's delightful powerhouse vocal, EP track Glass Heart is given a charming remix treatment here by fellow Waterfordian The Casanova Wave (listen to his music on Breaking Tunes). His 'shimmering, chiming electropop' (Jim Carroll, Irish Times) lays the perfect template for Solar Taxi's broad range of pop influences to build on. The Fool is the track currently picking up attention for them at radio. Solar Taxi are available for records and publishing.
