Last year, we introduced you to Carlow-based electro-pop artist Slaney and her brilliant singles, Chameleon and Love Is Like A Drug. The tracks picked up massive support in her native Ireland, with radio support from likes of 2FM, Spin, FM104, KCLR and KFM, plus online praise from Nialler 9, Hotpress, Goldenplec and more. This slick and vivid dance-pop offering is the latest single from her forthcoming debut EP Dream About You and was written with and produced by collaborator Michael Hopkins. Oozing gorgeous pop hooks and a beat to dance to, I Lose Control has already seen Irish radio and tastemakers jump on board to support and praise the track. It’s another gloriously confident pop nugget from Slaney, and we can’t wait for her EP to drop later this year. One to watch.
