One is the first taste of 17 year-old L.A. girl Sky Ferreira's debut album, due for release later this year. This single was produced by Bloodshy & Avant (Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue, Miike Snow) and Mangus, who co-wrote this with Ferreira and Swedish artist Marit Bergman. With a huge online and early media buzz, even before she was signed, the list of names she is working with further fuels the excitement - Dallas Austin, Paul Epworth, Greg Kurstin and Linda Perry are among them. Deceptively simple with its relentless hooks, One marks the introduction of a sound and a name which will be hard to escape this year.
