Comfortably Numb
Scissor Sisters
WE SAY
Scissor Sisters' second single is a Pink Floyd cover, sped up and remodelled in a similar vein to their excellent last single Laura, with an intro that's straight out of Waterloo Sunset. A fairly odd concept but it works as a pop song like never before, and we can't think of anyone else who would do it. A highlight of their London gig in October, we tipped this in our magazine immediately after.
