Fallin

Sadie Ama

Ministry Of Sound

WE SAY

Sadi Ama, younger sister of Shola Ama, has signed to Ministry of Sound and Fallin is her first release. The instrumental tune (Wifey Riddim) is produced by Flukes and has been the biggest grime tune of the year. Her sound is embedded in the grime scene, and she featured on an early Kano record. A demo which landed its way onto 1Xtra, Kiss and regional Galaxy playlists, the early radio support has been positive. Radio 1 and Capital have also supported it and it reached no 3 on the Shazam chart. Another good indicator is that prolific songwriter Diane Warren is getting involved in the project. It’s a beautiful song with slick production values. And it hits exactly the right type of crossover audience too. JF
