Hold On (ft. Amber Coffman)
Rusko
WE SAY
Taken from Rusko's debut album O.M.G! and featuring Amber Coffman of Dirty Projectors, Hold On demonstrates why the Leeds-born LA-based producer has been dubbed "one of the most promising producers of his generation" by DJ magazine. As well as his own work, he has production on about half of M.I.A.'s new record. His last single, the instrumental Woo-Boost, was on Radio 1's In New Music We Trust playlist for four weeks - this follow-up feels like a contender to get even more exposure. The album – out on Diplo's Mad Decent label – is a more expansive take on the dubstep Rusko is known for and features Redlight, Ben Westbeech, Gucci Mane, Crookers and others. His UK tour culminates with a London date at Bugged Out on May 30.
