Don't Feel So Low
Rubylux
WE SAY
Well-written pop with a strong chorus and a big hook, this from Brighton band Rubylux touches on their stated influences of Ben Folds Five and ELO. They've already had music synched on adverts in Scandinavia, Australia and the UK – and response to an ad in Finland is leading to radio play and a single release there. Together for ten months, A&R interest has been steadily increasing since the end of last year. They are currently available for records and publishing and are writing and rehearsing for their London showcases which take place over the next few weeks. There's lots of potential on the strength of what we've heard so far. JF London gigs: April 16,Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen N1/ April 22, Cobden Club W10/ May 19, Soho Revue Bar W1
