No Going Back

WE SAY
We first featured Rox back in June last year with a fantastic demo, Forever Always Wishing. Rough Trade got her signature in the end, and this is a set up single intended to test the waters ahead of her debut album Memoirs, which is due in Spring 2010. The early reaction has been very positive, with everything pointing towards a strong start for Rox next year. No Going Back ended up on the B-list at BBC Radio 2 and is C- listed at BBC 1Xtra where it is Mistajam's 'Jam Hot Record Of The Week' this week. She also appeared on Later With Jools Holland last month. She plays the last in her Charlotte St Blues residency series tonight.
