Essex-based Americana/pop/rock singer-songwriter Roisin O'Hagan is back with her fourth RotD-featured single from her forthcoming debut EP, Dreamstate (7 October). Her previous releases have shown she has a natural flair for creating infectious country-pop crossover songs, which also caught the attention of tastemakers at Countryline, Absolute Country, BBC Introducing, BBC Essex and Spotify (Very Nearly Nashville). Backed by a delicate Americana, country/soft rock soundscape, Broken Wings was co-written in Nashville earlier this year with Riser Publishing’s Logan Murrell and marks her first co-write with a professional writer. Perfect for country playlists at DSPs and deserving of continuing support at specialist radio stations, we also feel that, the track would sit well on Bob Harris’s Radio 2 show. Having been working on writing and recording new material for release later this year and in 2023, Roisin will be hosting an EP launch and performing at Hot Box in Chelmsford, Essex, on 8 October.
