Six albums deep, and after the moderate success of 2007's Lost Without U, all the signs are that Robin Thicke is about to have his first bona fide UK hit. With the help of man-of-the-moment Pharrell Williams, T.I. and a too-hot-for-YouTube video, the breezy R&B grooves of Blurred Lines are already topping the charts across Europe and beyond, registering top 3 on iTunes in France, Italy, Holland, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The track has just gone to radio in the UK, receiving a Radio 1 Breakfast Show play on Friday, as well as spins from Huw Stephens and Trevor Nelson - enough to see it jump to number 9 on the Shazam pre-release chart this week with a current number 40 placing in the Top 200. Summer smash ahoy.
