PET NEEDS
WE SAY
Formed by brothers George and Johnny Marriott, PET NEEDS are a punk-fuelled melodic rock four-piece from Colchester. After befriending Frank Turner at Camden Rocks Festival in 2019 and their 2020 touring plans, like many, were abandoned due to the pandemic, the band decided to ask him if he wanted to be involved in the production of their debut album. Frank offered to mix and master the Tom Donovan produced album, and now the band are ready to unleash their debut, Fractured Party Music, to the masses this Friday (12 March). This riotous blast of energetic and catchy rock is their second single to be taken from their forthcoming debut and has so far picked up support from 6 Music (Steve Lamacq) and Amazing Radio. Watch the accompanying video here. This Friday at 7pm the band will perform a livestream of the album in full from Hotbox studios. Touring wise, there are plans, dependent on Covid restrictions, to support Frank Turner both in the UK and internationally in 2021/2022.
