Ready for a high-octane collaboration from two electronic music heavyweights? Hit play on ‘Sound of You’, the mammoth tune by drum'n'bass titans Pendulum and trance icon Armin van Buuren. Marking Armin's first original foray into this sound, the track was born from a joint studio session in early 2024. Initially written as a big-room progressive house anthem featuring Pendulum frontman Rob Swire — his first feature in years (out last month) — the idea to rework it into this version sparked instantly in the studio. The result is a genre-defying, festival-ready banger with thunderous breaks, a heart-racing build, and Swire’s unmistakable vocals front and centre. The track made its debut at Tomorrowland Belgium 2024 to instant approval. Upon release today (11 April), ‘Sound of You’ landed on new release programming at Spotify and Apple Music, and we expect it to feature heavily across dance and drum'n'bass editorial playlists in the coming days. ‘Sound of You’ is an adrenaline-laced anthem - It hits hard, feels massive, and is destined for dancefloors and festival stages alike.
