Paul Steel is a 19 year old Brighton-based songwriter. His EP, April & I, a 27 minute symphony telling the story of a young tearaway and his imaginary friend, is currently released on Paul’s own label Ray Gun and should receive a distributed release later this year. This track isn’t on the EP, but we think it’s a wonderfully accomplished piece of psychedelic pop. Support slots in past for Aqualung, Jim Noir and RotD favourites David Ford and Duke Special have continued to build his live reputation and the interest of labels, which we believe is ever-growing by the day.
