I'm Not Okay (I Promise)

My Chemical Romance

Reprise

WE SAY

We don't find much rock to feature but we're proud that we supported My Chemical Romance on their first album, and from day one with their current smash album. This first single from it was a Record of the Day back in January and it's now being reissued as MCR reach new heights of mainstream success. Back then we wrote "We knew this was going to be good from the opening four bars - it has intent. Play it next to last year's Record of the Day Headfirst For Halos and it's clear that My Chemical Romance do something rare and precious - edgy and emphatically 21st century rock with great hooks." All of which still applies - this sounds great.
