A key vocalist with Parliament-Funkadelic and co-founder of Bootsy’s Rubber Band; Gary 'Mudbone' Cooper has had a long and interesting career. His debut solo album Fresh Mud continues that trend. An original hybrid of hip-hop, soul & blues, it was written and produced with Dave Stewart. Bob Dylan and Jools Holland are among the impressive line-up of collaborators. This standout track highlights the intense blend of styles on what is a superb album. Make The Devil Mad has had support from Steve Taylor on Xfm and Nemone and Steve Lamacq on 6Music.
