Adam Öhman is the Berlin-based Swedish producer better known as Mountain Bird and this gorgeous dose of electro-pop is the lead single from his new EP, Cubism. Released last Friday, it’s his first release on his new label Nettwerk, having established his bewitching, synth-laden melodies and future-bass styled beats on Swedish tastemaker label HMWL (CANVAS, Swim, Neeco Delaf). From the opening of Moment, we are taken on a thrilling rollercoaster ride of emotions as vocalist Lara shares the ups and downs of their early life experiences in this dark, uplifting and electrifying banger. Tastemaker support for the EP and previous releases, including his singles Circus and Hearts To Gold have come from the likes of Spotify, Deezer, The Line of Best Fit, Clash, The 405, and Ja Ja Ja among others, as well as receiving radio airplay from 6Music, Radio X, Absolute and Amazing Radio. Compelling and sumptuous.
