Mona
WE SAY
Mona is the moniker of Dayton-born, Nashville-based vocalist, songwriter and producer Nick Brown. We originally featured Mona back in 2010 as an unsigned artist with their vintage rock debut ‘Listen To Your Love’. They quickly went on to storm the music scene, picking up a BBC Sound Of nomination and winning MTV’s Brand New Act award. After being taken on for management by Nude Records owner Saul Galpern, they signed to Island Records, released their self-titled debut LP and achieved a Top 40 UK and Top 20 US album. After touring the world, playing shows and festivals in support of their debut, Mona has released two more albums and toured with Noel Gallagher, Johnny Marr, Queen and The Wombats. Now back with his third single of 2023, ‘Told Ya’ delivers another stadium-rock ready anthem for the masses to enjoy. Perfect for additions to rock playlists at DSPs and spins at Radio 2 and 6 Music. Top stuff.
