Scar

Missy Higgins

Warner Bros

WE SAY

Missy is a big star in Australia and this was a massive multi-platinum hit for her there. We really really like her voice and Scar is her best song - a great pop tune that does exactly the right things at the right time. This is good enough to break her in the UK. Also, we're starting a new credit for those who told us first about our Records of the Day - thanks to Stuart Clarke, now of Music Week, who gave us a Missy CD not long after he'd arrived from Australia. Tip us one great track here.
