Speechless

Mish Mash

Data

WE SAY

Speechless, Mish Mash's first release, has all the makings of a crossover hit. It's also Data's 100th release in a catalogue that has spawned a remarkable 28 Top 10 placings (inc. four No 1's) since Ben Cook founded the label in 1999. Radio 1 support comes in the shape of Pete Tong (including Essential New Tune) and Jo Whiley, who gave into listener’s requests after using it as filler music. It has the structure of a club night winner, and with a remix package featuring Cicada and Sandy Rivera we're sure it will be. The effortless mix of cheesy disco with a classy, powerful vocal makes this a real pleasure – the kicking bassline makes it irresistible.
