Hold The Line

Major Lazer

Downtown/Co-operative Music

WE SAY

Major Lazer is the dancehall side project of producers of the moment Diplo and Switch. Their album, Guns Don't Kill People…Lazers Do, blends classic ska, reggae, dub, calypso and soca music sounds with the upfront production style these two are known for. Everything about Hold The Line is mind-bending but hugely fun. A host of press is confirmed for the coming weeks with NME already praising them. Radio 1 support has come from Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Zane Lowe and Rob Da Bank and their UK appearances will take in the Notting Hill Carnival and Bestival. JF
