Nightcall (LG Re-edit)
London Grammar
Metal & Dust Recordings / Ministry of Sound Recordings
WE SAY
No apologies for our third London Grammar feature in as many releases; If You Wait is one of our albums of the year even if the Mercury judges don't agree. Certified gold just seven weeks after release, it debuted at number two and to date has spent six weeks in the top 10. Premiered by Zane Lowe as a Hottest Record, new single Nightcall (LG Re-edit) will round off an incredible year that has seen Hannah, Dan and Dot catapult from flavour-of-the-blogs to Radio 1 A-list and international touring act. London Grammar have just returned from the US, where they played sold-out shows including New York's Gramercy Theatre and the Troubadour in LA, with more European dates before they head to Australia for the summer festival season. To meet growing live demand at home, the band recently announced another UK headline run in early 2014, with London's Troxy Theatre selling out in just three days. A Later with Jools Holland performance last week will have opened them up to a new audience, while recent press includes 4-star live reviews in the Guardian and Independent. This is a campaign that will run well into next year.
