Clocking in at 2 minutes and 49 seconds, ‘Only One on Earth’ is this irresistible pop gem from emerging new talent Lo Lauren. After catching the attention of Radio 1’s Mollie King and Maia Beth, along with Abbie McCarthy on BBC Introducing Kent with her debut single ‘Never The One’ earlier this year, Lo dropped this playful dose of ’00s inspired pop with its echoes of Carly Rae Jepson. Radio 1 was quick to support the track with further plays, along with editorial support at Spotify (NMF, Fresh Finds UK* IE, Fresh Finds US) and Apple Music (NMD, New In Pop, Pop Deluxe). Last week saw the song climb into the top ten on the TikTok UK charts and further tastemaker praise has come from Wonderland, Notion, NME and PopJustice. Watch the fun video here. One to watch.
