The cute quirkiness of 'The Show' serves as a introduction to Lenka. Formerly a teen actress who trained with Cate Blanchett and then a member of the Australian electronic-rock crossover band Decoder Ring, she is now based in California. The Show has already been featured as soundtrack for an Old Navy ad in the US and was featured in the UK film Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging last year. It's an instantly charming debut, an upbeat blend of bouncing melodies with Lenka's sweet vocals. Her self-titled debut follows this lead single in June. JF. Video. London gig: June 16, Bush Hall W12
