WE SAY
LDN Is A Victim is a perfect piece of satire, and we still don't know who has performed it. It rails against A&R trends in the most acerbic way possible. It's a sharp description of recent signings, an insightful and hilarious mockery, all the while remaining a tuneful and humorous rant. Steve Lamacq called it: "a timely reminder for people in the music biz not to take themselves too seriously". Leaving the last word to the artist: "Stupid people think it's cool. Smart people think it's a joke but also cool." JF
