Since we last featured her in 2016, Lauren Ray has released her debut album, We Will Need Courage, and has been busy touring all around the UK and across Europe with the likes of Lucy Spraggan, Rebecca Ferguson and Anastacia. Be A Man is her latest single taken from her new EP, Inside This Silence, which once again showcases her skillful pop writing. Perfect for Coffee Break playlists on streaming services, Lauren’s silky vocals easily bewitches in this soothing gem that has already had support from BBC regional radio stations and BBC Introducing. She is currently working in the studio on her second album with writer and producer Julian Emery (Lissie, Nothing But Thieves), which she is looking to release in 2019. Currently without a manager, publisher or formal live agent, Lauren is heading out on the road on a headline tour in October and November before supporting Paul Carrack on his UK tour in March, which includes a night at the London Palladium.
