WE SAY
Not The Drinking is our favourite song from Lauren Pritchard's debut album. Thoughtful writing, a soulful voice and a winning chorus, we're glad it's the first single proper. The album, Wasted In Jackson comes out the same week and has been picking up some good early reviews - “A beautiful, soaring voice and a set of songs that roll and swell with Carole King and Norah Jones- like country-soul catchiness” said The Sunday Times review. Janice Long on Radio 2 and Robert Elms from BBC London have given early plays with Annie Mac playing a Sigma remix. Another remix worth listening to is the Riva Starr one here.
