My Delirium

Ladyhawke

Modular/ Island

WE SAY

With one of the more accomplished pop debut albums of the year, Ladyhawke presents her delightful blend of 80's electro pop and a voice which Dan Cairns in his Sunday Times review described as “Kim Wilde meets PJ Harvey (featuring) an end-of-phrase exhalation that is sex on a microphone stand". Nowhere on the album is that more irresistible than on next single My Delirium. The album has more strong singles to come - each with a killer chorus, and Ladyhawke's place seems assured on many end-of-year lists. JF
