WE SAY
L.A.D are a synth-funk trio from Reading with a shared love of '80s nostalgia. Multi-instrumentalists Jack and Luke, having spent years accumulating vintage synths, guitars and drum machines, teamed up with vocalist Natalie in early 2017 to start creating their own style of '80s infused music. Their latest single One More Night, is a rather more mellow and reflective track than its predecessor, Dancefloor, with its luscious synth waves and sax hooks conjuring a dystopian future where power ballads still rule the airwaves. The track has been championed by online tastemakers Earmilk and Complex so far, with further support from Amazing Radio. A gloriously indulgent and passionate song that could be your next modern day guilty pleasure.
