Katzenjammer are four multi-instrumentalists and vocalists from Oslo whose unique offerings sprint breathlessly from Balkan pop to swing, folk and country and all manner of influences in between. The first half of this year saw them perform a sell-out tour of Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Ireland and the UK, while finishing their second album, the follow-up to 2008´s Le Pop. For every rousing number like A Bar In Amsterdam, they can also deftly deliver moments of folk beauty as on Wading In Deeper. They have just signed a European record deal with Universal Germany, but are available for records over here. Publishing is also available. We recommend you check them out at their London date.
