Will She, the lead single from singer-songwriter Katey Brooks' forthcoming second album, We The People, is a hauntingly beautiful song. Powered by the ethereal and achingly emotive vocals of Katey, the track glides effortlessly over minimal acoustic instrumentation with heart-wrenching intent. Early radio support and interviews have so far come from BBC Bristol, BBC Gloucestershire, Soho Radio, Resonance FM and London Live TV. Further tastemaker praise has come from a diverse range of print and online publications, including Songwriting Magazine, DIVA, Fresh Independence and Americana UK. A relentless live performer who over the past 18 months has self-booked solo tours around the UK, Europe, Australia and Canada, Katey is now preparing for the launch of We The People next spring, which was inspired by her recent touring experience. For fans of Joni Mitchell, Sandy Denny and Marissa Nadler.
