Kat Vipers has been performing and self-releasing her unique brand of alt-jazz for three years now. The release of her previous EP 'Summer Bloody Time', received positive reviews at the time. Her punk/jazz blend has many influences and comparisons but manages to escape pigeon-holing. Hot Air Balloon presents the return of a unique prospect. JF
