Love Somebody
Joe Jury
WE SAY
We first brought you the brilliant British singer-songwriter Joe Jury to your attention back in February this year with his debut EP and title track Streets of Campden. With its upbeat melody and folk tinged 80's pop, it was an absolute gem that highlighted Joe’s canny knack at writing personal and memorable tunes. Since then he has been hard at work in the studio working on new material and a fresher sound. Co-written and produced by James Arthur’s Jack Gourlay, Love Somebody is a poppier, smoother and slicker beast than its predecessors combining contemporary pop orchestrations and infectious 80's saxophone hooks to stunning effect. The track has seen support at Spotify where it has been added to their Happy Pop Hits playlist and has now had over 43,000 streams. This is a feelgood and life-affirming song that will brighten anyone's day. You can catch Joe headlining the Camden Assembly on Bank Holiday Monday (August 28).
