Inspired by the early Playstation game soundtracks, which were infused with jungle, d’n’b and techno backtracks, producer and artist Joe Hertz is back with his first release on his label No Time Zone. Featuring London-based rapper Manny Noir, ‘Lost2TheSound’ sees him deliver a heady mix that harks back to those PS1 soundtracks but also something of the now too. With Manny’s flow offering a fresh feel to his dreamy and upbeat production, the track is primed for inclusion on dance and those chilled summer pool party playlists, having featured on today’s Spotify UK New Music Friday playlist. With over 230m combined streams to his name so far, along with remixes and production for Rachel Chinouriri, Jasper Tygner, Edbl and Jordan Stephens, Joe has received tastemaker support from Radio 1, 1Xtra, Kiss Fresh, RinseFM, Capital Xtra, Complex, Wonderland, Notion and Billboard.
