It showcases the production prowess of Nottingham's Joe Buhdha and Hackney-born rapper Klashnekoff's huge lyrical talent. The mournful soul backing track with Mpho Skeef's vocals works brilliantly with Klashnekoff's dark lyrics which Hip-Hop Connection called "Bleak, yes, but beautifully recognisedâ€ÂÂ. This is currently playlisted on 1Xtra. Klashnekoff's full debut album drops later this year, one of the most anticipated UK urban releases in a very long time. JF
