Let’s share something rather special here and give you an early heads-up on Tipperary’s Jessica Brett. The 25 year old singer-songwriter, who started writing songs at the age of 12 and performed on stage at the National Concert Hall in Dublin, is relatively new to releasing music, but oh boy, she has created this fantastic pop-driven gem. Produced by RotD-featured and Columbia Records signed artist/producer Robert Grace, ‘I’ll Come Back Better’ has all the hallmarks of a potential worldwide hit. With its empowering and infectious lyrics primed for TikTok video usage and sung along to at shows, this hook-driven f**k you anthem would fit perfectly on playlists at Radio 1 & 2 and Capital FM, along with editorial contextual/pop playlists at DSPs. Early tastemaker support has come from Irish national radio, including Today FM, 2FM, Spin, Beat FM and 98fm. Much like Taylor Swift and Olivia Rodrigo, Jessica knows how to craft catchy pop nuggets, and with more singles to come this year, we reckon the future is bright for this emerging artist.
