Prior to his forthcoming debut UK album release Heart Murmurs, Minneapolis musician Jeremy Messersmith has already found favour recently at Radio 2 (where the first superb single Ghost was playlisted), BBC 6Music and Xfm. Telling tales of the trials and tribulations we all endure trying to hold down relationships in the modern world, the production here comes from his long-term musical partner Andy Thompson along with Ben Allen, who's also worked with Animal Collective. After a recent sold-out London show, he returns to St Giles In The Fields next month on May 28, as well as taking in more live dates across Europe. This confident track will undoubtedly push him further into the mainstream as it's bold, beautifully-crafted and instantly pulls you in. His star is in the ascendency.
